Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of salted shrimp.
- More than 1/2 cup of water (for cleaning).
- A small amount of green onions.
- 2 green chili peppers.
- 1 red chili pepper.
- 1/3 tablespoon of sugar.
- 1/2 teaspoon of oligosaccharide.
- 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil.
- 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds.

Place the salted shrimp in a bowl with about 1/2 cup of water, and gently shake it for 7-8 seconds to remove excess salt.

Remove the excess salt from the salted shrimp by placing it in a sieve and thoroughly draining off all the liquid.

Chop the green onions, green chili peppers, and red chili peppers in half and finely mince them.

Place the salted shrimp (after patting dry) and chopped vegetables in a bowl.

Add 1/3 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of oligosaccharide (a type of sweetener), 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds, and mix thoroughly to finish.
