Super Simple Corn Coleslaw.
Mixing & Dressing⏱ 20min👥 2 servings
Ingredients
- Napa cabbage, a moderate amount (cut into approximately 1-2 cm squares).
- Onions: A moderate amount (finely chopped, smaller than Napa cabbage).
- 1 can of corn (approximately 160g).
- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- 1.5 teaspoons of lemon juice.
- 2 teaspoons of sugar.
- A pinch of salt.
Instructions
1
Cut the Napa cabbage into small, square pieces, about 1 to 2 centimeters in size.
2
The onion is thinly sliced, slightly smaller than Napa cabbage (about less than 1 cm thick).
3
After preparing the vegetables, wash them and place them in a sieve to drain completely for 10-15 minutes. (Excess moisture can dilute the flavor.)
4
To make the dressing, combine 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1.5 teaspoons of lemon juice, 2 teaspoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
5
Drain the vegetables and corn, then add them to the dressing and mix well.
