Super Easy Korean Radish Tuna Salad.
Mixing & Dressing⏱ 10min👥 2 servings
Ingredients
- 200g of Korean radish (green part), finely shredded.
- Canned tuna, 50g (with excess oil drained).
- 1/2 teaspoon of toasted salt.
- 1 tablespoon of sugar (levelled).
- 2 tablespoons of perilla powder (generously).
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
- Chives, a moderate amount (for garnish).
Instructions
1
Slice the green part of the Korean radish thinly using a vegetable peeler, and then finely shred it with a knife.
2
Place the canned tuna in a sieve and allow the oil to drain naturally. (Do not squeeze it forcefully.)
3
Add thinly sliced Korean radish, tuna, roasted salt, sugar, perilla powder, and lemon juice to the bowl.
4
Gently stir with a spoon, ensuring that your hands don't come into direct contact with the ingredients, or use chopsticks to lightly mix everything together.
5
Pile it generously onto a plate and garnish with plenty of finely chopped chives to complete the dish.
