Ingredients
- 600g of pork (leg meat or shoulder meat).
- 1 green onion stalk.
- 1/2 onion.
- 3 tablespoons of gochugaru (Korean chili powder).
- 2 tablespoons of gochujang.
- 6 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- 3 tablespoons of cooking wine.
- 2 tablespoons of minced garlic.
- 2 tablespoons of sesame oil.
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
- 3 tablespoons of tomato spaghetti sauce (or ketchup).
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.

Combine all the marinade ingredients (gochugaru [Korean chili powder], gochujang [Korean chili paste], soy sauce, sugar, mirin [sweet cooking wine], garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and tomato sauce).

Marinate the pork and thinly sliced onion in the sauce for 10 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry until they release their fragrance and aroma, creating scallion-infused oil.

Add the marinated meat and stir-fry over medium heat until it is fully cooked.

Finally, sprinkle with sesame seeds and it's ready to serve.
