Ingredients
- Jinmi-chae (cut into pieces about two finger lengths long).
- White part of green onions (equivalent to half a paper cup).
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
- 3 tablespoons of gochujang.
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- Half a teaspoon of sugar.
- Peanut butter (适量/a moderate amount).
- 6 tablespoons of corn syrup.
- A small amount of black sesame seeds.
Instructions

Cut the Jinmichae (Korean seasoned seaweed snack) into bite-sized pieces, about two inches long.

Thinly slice the white parts of the green onions.

In a pan, combine 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, 3 tablespoons of gochujang (Korean chili paste), 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and half a tablespoon of sugar. Stir over medium heat.

Once the seasoning is thoroughly mixed, turn on the heat.

In a saucepan, place the peanut butter and melt it using the residual heat from cooking, stirring until smooth.

Add 6 tablespoons of corn syrup and mix well.

Add the prepared Jinmichae (fish snacks) and green onions, and mix well to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
