Ingredients
- Cook the dried kelp with a moderate amount of water.
- 2.5 tablespoons of soy sauce.

- Minced garlic, a suitable amount.
- 2 tablespoons of perilla oil.
- A moderate amount of chopped parsley.
- 150 ml of water.
- A small amount of perilla powder (optional).
Instructions
1
If the outer leaves and stems of the blanched and rinsed kelp are tough, peel them and cut them into appropriately sized pieces.
2
Combine Jin-ganjang (fermented soybean paste), Guk-ganjang (soup soy sauce), minced garlic, perilla oil, and finely chopped green onions to create the seasoning mixture.
3
Add the dried radish greens (ssireugi) to the seasoning sauce and mix gently.
4
In a pan, stir-fry the ingredients and add 150ml of water in portions throughout the cooking process to keep it moist.
5
Finally, add the sesame powder and stir-fry briefly one more time until fragrant.
