Ingredients
- 11 green chili peppers.
- 2 tablespoons of commercially available doenjang (Korean fermented soybean paste).
- 1 tablespoon of corn syrup.
- 1/3 teaspoon of gochugaru (Korean chili powder).
- 1 tablespoon of peanut kernels.
- 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds.
Instructions

Remove the stems from the green chili peppers and chop them into 1 cm pieces.

Shake the dried chili peppers to remove the seeds.

In a bowl, combine commercially available doenjang (fermented soybean paste), gochugaru (Korean chili powder), crushed peanuts, lightly toasted sesame seeds, and corn syrup. Mix well.

Add the prepared chili peppers to the seasoning sauce and gently mash them with Korean radish until well combined.
