Ingredients
- 3 servings of somyeon noodles (each serving approximately the size of a 500 won coin).
- One cucumber.
- A moderate amount of lettuce.
- 1/2 teaspoon of gochugaru (Korean chili powder).
- 2 tablespoons of gochujang.
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic.
- 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon of honey.
- 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil.
- A pinch of toasted sesame seeds.
Instructions

Combine the ingredients in the specified amounts to create the sauce/marinade.

Cut the cucumbers and lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Add three servings of somyeon noodles to boiling water and cook them.

Once the water starts to boil, add one cup of cold water in two separate additions.

After the third boil, turn off the heat and quickly rinse the noodles in cold water.

First, marinate the cucumbers in the seasoning sauce. Then, add the boiled noodles and mix well.

Finally, add lettuce and sesame seeds, and gently mix everything together.
