Squid Stir-fry with Sesame Oil.
Stir-frying⏱ 15min👥 2 servings
Ingredients
- Squid ink powder, 200g.
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- 3 tablespoons of "matsul" (Korean rice wine).
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- 2 tablespoons of chili oil (or 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil).
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
- 2 tablespoons of black sesame seeds.
Instructions
1
Cut the squid tubes into pieces that are approximately 4-5 cm long.
2
In a mixing bowl, combine the squid (that has been strained through a sieve), soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar. Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
3
After 10 minutes, add chili oil (or vegetable oil) and sesame oil, and stir everything together again until well combined.
4
Heat a wok over medium-low heat, then add the ingredients and stir-fry them frequently to prevent sticking.
5
Once the squid pieces start to clump together in the sieve, add the sesame seeds and continue cooking for about a minute before turning off the heat.
