Ingredients
- 10 kg of loquats.
- 10 kg of granulated sugar.
- Gondeokyu (Korean ginseng fruit), 200g (divided into portions of 100g each from a total of 5kg).
Instructions

Wash the plums thoroughly and let them dry for 5 hours and 30 minutes.

Use a toothpick to carefully remove all of the stems from the plums.

Divide the 5 kg of plum fruit into two separate containers, each with a capacity of 12 liters.

Layer the plums and sugar alternately, placing a few dates between each layer.

Cover the kimchi with a cloth, secure it with a rubber band, and then loosely place the lid on top.

Once the sugar starts to dissolve about two weeks later, stir it regularly, and then consume it after one year.
