- A handful of cilantro.
- 2 tablespoons of roasted soybean powder.
- Ingredients: * Rice cakes (garae-tteok), a moderate amount * Butternut squash, a moderate amount * Onion, a moderate amount
- Garlic, sesame oil (half a teaspoon).
- Commercially available ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce), finely chopped onion, and finely chopped green chili peppers.
- Ingredients for onion rings: 1 egg, mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.

Mix the commercially available ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce) with finely chopped onion and finely chopped green chili peppers.

Cut the watercress into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the garlic by drizzling a half teaspoon of sesame oil over it.

Place mozzarella cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper mixed together inside an onion ring, then place it on a hot griddle.

Place the pork belly, rice cakes, butternut squash, and prepared garlic on the grill and cook until delicious.
