Ingredients
- 1 serving of Chinese-style noodles (or ramen/udon noodles).
- A moderate amount of ground meat.
- 0.5 teaspoon of sugar.
- One tablespoon of Cheongju (Korean rice wine).
- 1 tablespoon of seasoned sauce.
- Less than 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
- 1.5 tablespoons of doubanjiang (fermented chili bean paste).
- A small amount of cold water (for mixing with seasonings).
- Chives, green onions (a moderate amount).
- Fried snack crumbs (large sieve: for cookies).
- A small amount of roasted sesame powder.
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
- A moderate amount of chili oil.
- One egg yolk.
Steps
- 1. Add a little oil to the pan and first stir-fry the meat.
- 2. Once the meat is browned, add sugar, rice wine, cooking wine, soy sauce, and doubanjiang in that order. Then, add a small amount of cold water and mix well before continuing to stir-fry.
- 3. Cook the noodles in a separate pot for 3 minutes, then rinse them under cold water and drain thoroughly.
- 4. Place the noodles in a bowl and arrange the stir-fried meat on top, centering it in the bowl.
- 5. Garnish with chives, green onions, fried shallots, and seaweed flakes.
- 6. Drizzle with sesame oil and chili oil, then top with egg yolks to finish.
