Broth & Stew⏱ 10min👥 4 servings
Ingredients
- 50g of dried salted cod fillet.
- A moderate amount of bean sprouts.
- 1 green onion stalk.
- 2 green chili peppers.
- 2 teaspoons of salt (use in portions).
- 2 tablespoons of soup soy sauce.

Cut the dried salted cod fillets into bite-sized pieces and gently rinse them in water to remove excess salt, then squeeze out the moisture.
2
In a pot, combine water and dried cod fillets. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes to create the broth (if it starts to boil over, add 1 teaspoon of salt and adjust the heat).
3
Add the bean sprouts and sliced green chili peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4
Add 2 tablespoons of soup soy sauce, chopped green onions, and minced garlic. Season with the remaining 1 teaspoon of salt.
