Ingredients
- Two semi-dried sandfish.
- Rice water.
- 2 tablespoons of ginger juice.
- 2 tablespoons of mirim.
- 3 stalks of chives.
- 1 red chili pepper.
- 1/3 teaspoon of sugar.
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic.
- 1 tablespoon of gochugaru (Korean chili powder).
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of water.
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
- 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds.
Instructions

Soak the sandfish in rice water for 15 minutes to remove any fishy odor.

Pat the fish dry with paper towels, then mix ginger juice and mirin together and brush it evenly over both sides of the fish.

Place the dish in a steamer and steam it until it's heated through. Then, transfer it to medium heat and continue steaming for 20 minutes.

After cooking the sea bass for 10 minutes, let it cool slightly before adding the sauce.
