"Pink Sausage and Egg Pancakes - 10 times more delicious!"
Pan-fryingIngredients
- 160g of pink sausage (approximately 1/3 of a piece).
- 2 pieces of imitation crab meat.
- 1 cup chopped green onions.
- 1 red chili pepper.
- 5 eggs.
- 1/5 teaspoon of salt.
- 1 tablespoon of seasoned sauce.
- A small amount of cooking oil.
Instructions
Chop the pink sausages into small pieces, about 0.5 cm in size, as if you were preparing them for fried rice.
Cut the imitation crab meat into small pieces of a similar size, and finely chop the green onions. Prepare about one cup's worth.
Prepare one small red chili pepper by finely chopping it.
In a mixing bowl, combine 5 eggs, 1/5 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine (mirin), and whisk well until everything is thoroughly combined.
Combine the prepared sausages, imitation crab meat, green onions, and red chili peppers in a bowl with the beaten eggs, ensuring everything is evenly mixed.
Heat a pan and add some cooking oil. Then, place the dough in the pan over medium heat, spreading it out to fill the space and shaping it as you go.
When the bottom side turns a golden brown color, flip it over and continue cooking.
After letting it cool down slightly, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
