Ingredients
- One large squid.
- 100g of bell peppers (specifically, "꽈리 고추," which are small, slightly bitter green peppers).
- 1 onion.
- 1/2 bunch of green onions.
- 1.5 tablespoons of gochujang.
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of plum extract.
- 1 tablespoon of seasoned sauce.
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
- 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
- 3 tablespoons of water.
- A pinch of black pepper.
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
- A small amount of black sesame seeds.

After preparing the squid, slice it into bite-sized pieces. For the green peppers, either make a slit in them or cut them in half.

Heat some cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

After lightly stir-frying the green chili peppers, add the onion, water, and soy sauce (Jin-ganjang), then cover and simmer for a short time.

Add gochujang (Korean chili paste), plum juice, cooking wine, and black pepper, then mix well.

Add the squid and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Once the squid is cooked, add the green onions and mix well. Then, season with sesame oil and black sesame seeds.
