- Ingredients for the kalguksu (handmade noodle) dough: 0.5 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons potato starch, a pinch of salt, and 0.5 cup water.
- Onions, a moderate amount.
- A moderate amount of green chili peppers.
- Green onions, a moderate amount.
- 1 tablespoon of soup soy sauce (guk-ganjang).
- 0.3 teaspoons of salt.
- Beef bouillon powder, 0.5 tablespoon (optional).
- A moderate amount of cilantro.
- A pinch of black pepper.
Instructions

Clean the fish thoroughly.

In a pot, combine garlic, ginger, catfish, and freshwater shrimp, and bring to a boil.

Once the broth comes to a boil, carefully tear off thin pieces of the handmade dough and add them to the pot.

Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add onions, green chili peppers, and green onions, then season with *guk-ganjang* (soup soy sauce) and salt.

To enhance the flavor, add 0.5 tablespoons of beef bouillon powder.

Finally, garnish with cilantro and sprinkle with pepper before serving the Korean radish.
