- 1/4 of an onion.
- Green onions, a moderate amount.
- 1-2 eggs.
- One bowl of rice.
- Ingredients for the sauce: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of mirin (sweet rice wine), 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1/4 cup of water.

- 5. When the meat is about halfway cooked, add the sauce and cook it gently over low heat until fully cooked.
- 6. Once the meat is fully cooked, pour in the beaten eggs and let them cook until the surface is slightly set (do not stir).
- 7. Pour the finished dish over the rice and garnish with chopped green onions and perilla powder. Then, add a dollop of Korean radish kimchi.
