Tofu with braised Korean radish.

Ingredients
- 500g of Korean radish.
- 500g of tofu (one block).
- 1/2 onion.
- A handful of green onions.
- 7 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- 2 tablespoons of gochugaru (Korean chili powder).
- 1 tablespoon of gochujang.
- 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic.
- 3 tablespoons of tuna extract.
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
- A pinch of pepper.
- 600 ml of water.
Instructions

Slice the Korean radish into half-moon shapes about 0.6 inches (1.5 cm) thick, and slice the tofu into pieces about 0.4 inches (1 cm) thick, then pan-fry until golden brown.

Chop the onion finely, and slice the green onions diagonally.

Combine all the ingredients in the specified amounts to make the sauce/marinade.

Place slices of Korean radish at the bottom of the pot and pour in half of the marinade.

Place an onion on top of the Korean radish, add 600ml of water, cover with a lid, and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, place the marinated tofu on top and sprinkle with the remaining sauce and chopped green onions.

Cover the pot and simmer for an additional 15 minutes until it's finished.
