Smoked Brie Cheese with Filet Mignon Steak.
Grilling⏱ 15min👥 2 servings
Ingredients
- One piece of beef sirloin steak (2.5 cm thick).
- One wheel of Brie cheese.
- 1 tablespoon of applewood chips (smoking chips).
- A pinch of salt.
- A pinch of pepper.
Instructions
1
To reduce the cooking time for the sirloin steak, it is sliced into thick pieces.
2
Place about one tablespoon of smoking chips at the bottom of the smoker. (Be careful not to place a "JeonSieve" at the bottom, as this can impart a bitter taste.)
3
Place a rack inside the pot, cover it with aluminum foil, and then place the prepared meat on top.
4
Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes, allowing it to smoke and cook through.
5
During the cooking process, add the Brie cheese and smoke it together until the surface of the cheese turns brown.
6
Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the heat and season with salt and pepper.
7
The smoked Brie cheese melts and is served as a sauce alongside the meat.
