- 0.25 cups of soy sauce.
- 5 tablespoons of vinegar.
- 1 tablespoon of ginger syrup (or ginger juice).
- Wasabi (1 tablespoon of fresh wasabi paste, or 2 tablespoons of tube-style wasabi).
- 1 green chili pepper.
- 2 perilla leaves.

Chili peppers (specifically Cheongyang chili peppers) and perilla leaves should be sliced and prepared.
