Honey Butter Potatoes.
Ingredients
- 800g of potatoes.
- Potatoes, a moderate amount (depending on the recipe).
- Use plenty of cooking oil.
- 40 grams of butter.
- A pinch of salt (approximately 2 pinches).
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- 0.5 teaspoon of honey.
- A pinch of parsley powder.
Instructions
Peel 800g of potatoes and cut them into 4-6 pieces each.
Add enough water to a pot so that the potatoes are fully submerged, and bring the water to a boil. Then, cook the potatoes for 10 minutes.
First, remove the boiled potatoes from the water and place them on a plate or tray. Then, evenly coat each potato with the potato starch mixture.
Heat a generous amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Then, fry the potato slices that have been coated in batter until the batter is golden brown and crispy.
In a wok, melt 40 grams of butter over low heat, then add a pinch of salt and stir to combine.
Add the sliced potatoes and cook over very low heat, stirring gently until the butter is fully absorbed.
After turning off the heat and adding 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir in 0.5 tablespoon of honey to enhance the flavor.
Garnish with parsley powder and serve.
