Ingredients
- 300g of ribeye steak.
- 1 tablespoon of mirim.
- A pinch of salt (approximately 2 pinches).
- One teaspoon of all-purpose flour.
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil.
- 20 grams of butter.
- Half an onion.
- Bell peppers (yellow and red), each half a piece.
- 1 shiitake mushroom.
- Green onions, a moderate amount.
- 4 tablespoons of steak sauce.
- 1 tablespoon of ketchup (heaping).
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
- 2 tablespoons of water.
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
- A pinch of black pepper.
Instructions

Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and place them in a pan. Season with mirin (Japanese rice wine) and salt.

Add a teaspoon of flour and coat the meat with it.

Heat some cooking oil and butter in a pan over high heat, then add the meat and stir-fry it.

Add the chopped vegetables (onion, bell pepper, and shiitake mushrooms) and stir-fry over medium heat.

Add the sauce ingredients (steak sauce, ketchup, vinegar, water, and oyster sauce) and stir-fry.

Add the green onions and pepper, and mix everything together until well combined. This completes the dish.
