Salmon Teriyaki Steak.
Grilling⏱ 15min👥 2 servings
Ingredients
- Thick-cut raw salmon.
- 6 tablespoons of Cheongju (Korean rice wine).
- 6 tablespoons of cooking wine.
- 6 tablespoons of sugar.
- 5 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Bell pepper (optional).
Instructions
1
Heat a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon, similar to how you would fry it. (No seasoning is added beforehand.)
2
Once one side of the salmon is crispy, flip it over and cook the other side. (This should take about 3 minutes).
3
In a separate frying pan (or in the same pan after removing the salmon), combine rice wine, cooking wine, and sugar, and bring to a boil to evaporate the alcohol.
4
Add soy sauce and simmer until the mixture reaches the desired consistency and develops a glossy sheen.
5
Lightly sauté the green peppers with the grilled salmon, ensuring they are coated in the sauce.
