⏱ 20min👥 2 servings

- 500 ml of water at room temperature.
- A pinch of salt (sea salt or fleur de sel).
Instructions

Pour 500 ml of water at room temperature onto your cheeks.
3
Add a pinch of salt to the water and stir well to create a lightly salted solution.
4
Soak the prepared seaweed (miyeok) in saltwater.
5
For seaweed (miyeok) used in dishes where a chewy texture is desired, soak for 15 minutes. For miyeok-guk (seaweed soup), which requires a softer texture, soak for 20 minutes.
